To conclude the Egyptian and Vietnamese burial styles or types are similar in many ways but different in the way they do it
Both Egyptians and Vietnamese people put their bodies in coffins. However, they do it differently. Egyptians remove some of the body’s internal organs except the heart and place it on canopic jars. They also add most of the goods of the body into the coffin. In Vietnam, they don’t do that. They only place the body into the coffin and place it underground. To conclude, Egyptians and Vietnamese both bury their dead in coffins.
Egyptians bury their dead under the pyramids while Vietnamese bury the dead under temples or average cemeteries. The Egyptians built a pyramid so that they could set up traps for thieves who try to steal the treasures of the dead body. In Vietnam, since we don’t put any treasures in the coffin, we have no need of pyramids or any large trapping structure. To conclude, Egyptians bury their dead in pyramids while Vietnamese bury their dead under temples.
To conclude, Egyptians and Vietnamese people have different burial customs. Both place the dead under coffins. However they bury their dead in different places. That is why they are similar or different in many ways.
